How do I send a feedback report to a participant?

  • Feedback reports are released to participants via Compass. Follow the steps listed in the article linked here to release reports to Compass.
  • Note: Do not email reports you have downloaded from CCL Access to participants. The PDF reports that facilitators and coaches download from CCL Access have a built in security feature which will cause the PDF to expire after 60 days. The report that a participant accesses through their Compass account does not expire.

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
