How do I activate Compass for my participant?

To activate Compass and allow your participant to access their feedback report, follow these steps: 

  1. Navigate to access.ccl.org.
  2. Locate the participant(s) you wish to activate Compass for.
  3. Click the checkbox next to each participant you wish to release.
  4. Click the Activate Compass at the top of the participant list (highlighted in the screenshot below).
  5. The selected participants will receive an email notifying them that their report has been released. If they do not already have an existing Compass account, they will be prompted to create an account from the link in this email.

 


If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
