If you are attempting to save a comment within a text box and the Save button does not activate there a couple of potential issues:

  • If you are copying and pasting a comment into the text box, the platform will not automatically recognize that a comment has been entered. Type any character into the text box after pasting their comments to activate the Save button (this character can then be deleted). 
  • This is also a known issue when using Internet Explorer to access the CCL Leadership Accelerator. We recommend Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
