  • If you encounter this error, there is likely an incompatibility between your system and CCL’s Learning Platform. For example, using an unsupported internet browser. 
  • To determine what is causing the issue, run the System Checker located in the help menu in the upper right corner of the page. 
  • If the System Checker cannot locate an issue, please submit a help ticket to contact our support team.
