If you have successfully logged into the platform but have no available work try these steps

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try a different browser- Internet Explorer will produce a blank page in some portals. Google Chrome is recommended, but Firefox and Safari also work well.  

  • Check to make sure you have logged in with the correct username (email address)

  • Have you ever used a different email address with CCL? Your previous email may be causing a conflict. Please submit both email addresses in you support request. 


If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Success Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
