Account set-up and activation help for CCL Connect, CCL’s exclusive alumni community platform

CCL clients are invited to join CCL Connect after completing one or more offerings from CCL’s portfolio of leadership development programs. CCL Connect is an exclusive online platform where CCL alumni may access continuing development resources, network with other alumni, and share ideas on leading teams to be their best.

  • You will see the “Welcome to CCL Connect!” sign-up window (example below) following one of two paths:
    • Upon clicking the “Join CCL Connect” button in your invitation email, or
    • Selecting “Request an invitation” at the top right corner of https://community.ccl.org/
  • Input your information in this sign-up window – this information will help you begin a CCL Connect profile:
    • First name / Last name;
    • Personal email address (CCL recommends this so clients can make the most of CCL resources throughout their career paths); and
    • Most Recent Program (selected from drop-down menu).
  • Enter the code to the right of the “Captcha” field (no robots here!) and select “Submit Request.”

  • You will see the following message returned on the web page immediately.

 

  • CCL will confirm your program participation and email confirmation of your account at the email address you submitted (typically 1-2 business days).
  • Use the “Log in to CCL Connect” button in that email to finalize your account activation.

  • If you select “Sign in with your email,” a new window will appear enabling you to set your password and finalize your account activation.
    • Alternatively, use LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google as your sign-on option.
