Do my raters get automatic reminders?

  • In CCL programs, reminder emails are sent to raters automatically at two weeks and one week before completion due date. Raters who have already submitted responses will not get a reminder.
  • Raters of participants using individual product assessments will receive automatic reminders on the same schedule as the participant, which is set by their assessment administrator.
  • Participants can view the schedule of the automatic reminders for their 360 assessment on the Rater Management screen.
