I can't remember my username/password

  • Your username is the email address you completed your registration with.
  • If you can't remember your password, select "Don't remember your password?" on the login screen to request a password reset email. The password reset can only be delivered to the email in your registration.
    • If you did not receive or can't find your password reset email try these steps.


I have previously logged into this system but I get error message when attempting to log back in

  • This error can occur for a variety of reasons. Try these resolution steps:

    • Follow this link to logout of all CCL applications, then close your browser completely. 

    • Reopen your browser and go to the login page of the portal you were trying to access and log in.  

    • If you continue to receive the error message please submit a support ticket and we will assist you. Please note that you attempted the above steps prior to submitting your ticket so that we can provide you with a more speedy resolution. 


I get an error message stating "An issue has occurred - Your account doesn't have access to this system."


  • Users who received an email invitation from CCL to log in:
    • Check to make sure you have accessed the sign up link in your invitation email and successfully created a password.
      • If you did not receive or can't find your invitation email try these steps.
    • If you are certain you accessed the sign up link from your invitation email, check that you have entered your username and password correctly.
    • Make sure you are using the correct URL to access the portal. You will not gain access to the portal using the account setup link after your account has been created.
  • Users who are accessing CCL courses via their company intranet or Learning platform:
    • Please clear your cache, close and reopen your browser, and try logging in again.
      • If you are still unable to login, please contact your company’s IT support desk or Learning & Development/Training department for assistance in resolving the issue.


When I select the login button I get message saying "page not found" or "site not available"

  • Some organizations protect security by altering links to websites by inserting cautionary text. If your organization's policy includes this feature please check with your IT team about how to proceed to our sites.
  • If you are using a bookmark, try typing the URL directly into the address bar of the web browser instead of using the bookmark. If you created this bookmark during the account sign up process you may have inadvertently saved the incorrect URL.
