Can I change an answer on my survey if I've already submitted?

  • Participants and raters cannot change answers on a survey once it has been submitted. However for some surveys, and in certain special cases, your survey can be unlocked by a Client Support Specialist allowing you make changes and resubmit. 

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
