Can I change an answer on my survey if I've already submitted?

  • Participants and raters cannot change answers on a survey once it has been submitted. However for some surveys, and in certain special cases, your survey can be unlocked by a Client Success Specialist allowing you make changes and resubmit.
  • If you need to unlock your survey contact a Client Success Specialist by selecting "Request Support" in the top right corner of the screen.

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Success Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
