  • If you have downloaded a PDF document, but there are erroneous blank sections, your PDF viewer may have compatibility issues or be missing certain font characters.
    • Does your device use the Macintosh operating system?
      • The default pdf viewer in macOS is an app called “Preview”, which doesn’t always display “special” PDFs well – anything with functionality beyond just a page layout will sometimes break. Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. When opening the pdf, right click and select “open with” acrobat. You can it here https://get.adobe.com/reader/
    • Does your device use Chrome, Edge or Firefox?
      • If your downloaded document is missing characters or certain text throughout is can often be a font issue. Make sure you have a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. You can it here https://get.adobe.com/reader/ Browser choice will play a role in how these files are handled when downloading e.g. Chrome may be configured to open in the browser but there will be an option to download from there.

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
