I cannot find my invitation or password reset email

If you cannot locate your invitation email please try these steps:

 

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.  

  • Search your inbox for emails from [email protected] or [email protected].

  • Does your organization have particularly strict IT security? Often emails sent with secure links are captured as solicitations and it may not be possible to receive the email at this location without your IT department allowing the CCL address. 

  • If you are still unable to locate your invitation please contact a Client Success Specialist by selecting "Request Support" in the top right corner of the screen.
