This error indicates your account has not been registered in the platform you are attempting to access.
If you are attempting to access CCL Compass:
- Ensure that your feedback facilitator or coach has released your assessment to Compass.
- After your assessment has been scored, the report will not show up in Compass until the facilitator has completed this step.
- Ensure that you have accessed the sign up link in your invitation email and successfully created a password.
- If you did not receive or can't find your invitation email try these steps.
- If you are certain you accessed the sign up link from your invitation email, check that you have entered your username and password correctly.
- Make sure you are using the correct URL to access the portal. If you are completing a CCL assessment you will login at compass.ccl.org.
