You get an error message stating "Your account doesn't have access to this system."

This error indicates your account has not been registered in the platform you are attempting to access.

If you are attempting to access CCL's learning platform at lead.ccl.org:

  • Ensure that you have accessed the sign up link in your invitation email and successfully created a password.
    • If you did not receive or can't find your invitation email try these steps.
  • If you are certain you accessed the sign up link from your invitation email, check that you have entered your username and password correctly.
  • Make sure you are using the correct URL to access the portal. If you are completing a CCL leadership course you will login at lead.ccl.org.

If you are already logged into CCL's learning platform at lead.ccl.org and receive this error message after clicking a link to take assessments:


If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
