• You may be participating in one of CCL's standard course offerings, or you may be participating in a program customized for your organization.

• You are completing an individual 360 assessment or a self assessment that is not part of a CCL leadership course.
• Your assessment may have been assigned by a member of your organization, a third party consultant, or a development coach.

Rater Completing a 360 Survey for Someone Else

• You have been asked to fill out a feedback survey on a colleague.

Certified Feedback Facilitator or Coach

• You are a CCL certified facilitator who is facilitating a feedback session for someone who has completed an assessment.
• You are a CCL Associate.

Compass User

• You have previously completed an assessment and want to use the Compass tool to continue your personal development.
• You may have completed an assessment as part of a leadership program, or it may have been a standalone assessment.
• Your facilitator has already released your assessment data to Compass.

Assessment Administrator

• You are administering a 360 assessment session on IAS.ccl.org.

Alumni

• You have previously attended a CCL program and are continuing your development with our alumni community platform CCL Connect.
