  • If you have previously attended a CCL program and need another copy of your completion certificate, please submit a support ticket with the name and date of the program you attended. Once you request has been processed, our staff will send you a new copy of your certificate.

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact a CCL Client Support Specialist by selecting "Request Support" here or in the top right corner of the screen.
